  • Zaqeeva is not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, government regulations, or force majeure events.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, arbitration jurisdiction will be mutually determined in accordance with applicable trade laws.
